Katherine is a multi-passionate writer, editor, and content strategist, blending creativity with relentless curiosity and a data-driven approach to storytelling. She started as an enterprise reporter for the Santa Monica Mirror and Malibu Times before transitioning to freelance life. Her features and essays deliver narratives that reflect her personal obsessions: craft tequila and mezcal, destination dining, vintage cookbooks, plant-based eating, zero-proof spirits, and regenerative foodways. Katherine also collaborates with purpose-driven brands that nourish our planet.
