Paraphernalia from the recent has made a major resurgence over the last few years, with iconic '90's mementos adding up to a pretty penny in today's money. To coincide with the release of the sequel to the ground-braking animated film, McDonald's provided Happy Meal eaters with "Toy Story 2" characters, which according to the McDonald's Wiki on Fandom, is a complete set of 20 toys ranging from Woody and Buzzlight year to Green Army Man and Tour Guide Barbie. Back in 1999, the average price of a Happy Meal was $3 and the toy was included. Today, the "Toy Story 2" figures can be valued at over $100.

Why a full Toy Story 2 Happy Meal set is worth so much
Because collectors who were kids in the late '90s and early 2000s are now adults, the price for tokens from their childhood have skyrocketed in terms of value. Plenty of McDonald's toys are now with a lot of money and lots of these valuable Happy Meal freebies came from the 1990s, with a fair amount linked to Disney in some way.
Work and Money described that in 2022, a full set of "Toy Story 2" Happy Meal toys sold for $78 to one lucky buyer. Since then, the price for all 20 of these figurines in mint-condition and original, sealed packaging has only gone up, with some eBay sellers pricing their collection at $100. Another eBay seller is offering the same complete set in factory-sealed packaging, plus Disney/Pixar Toy Story 2 Candy Dispensers and three original Happy Meal boxes with two different designs from the same period of time for $135.
